Atithy — Terms of Service

1) About Atithy

Atithy is a platform that helps customers connect with independent workers for outside / location-based tasks. Atithy is a technology platform and does not itself perform the work.

2) Eligibility (18+)

You must be 18 years or older to use Atithy.

3) Account & OTP

You must use a valid mobile number and OTP to log in. You are responsible for all activity done through your account. Do not share your OTP with anyone.

4) Location-Based Work Only

Atithy is for outside / location-based work only. Inside-house jobs are not allowed on Atithy.

5) Phone Number Sharing (No Masking)

To coordinate a job, your phone number may be shared with the other party (customer/worker) after a job request is accepted/confirmed. By using Atithy, you agree to this phone number sharing for job coordination.

6) Using the Platform

You agree that you will not: request or offer illegal work; harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate; commit fraud, impersonation, or misuse accounts/OTP; contact the other party for harassment or repeated calls after the job is completed; or damage the platform or harm other users.

7) Requests, Acceptance & Completion

Customers can request workers for tasks at the given location. Workers may accept or reject requests. Atithy does not guarantee job availability or acceptance.

8) Pricing & Payments

Charges (if shown) are based on the amount displayed in the app at the time of confirmation. Payments may be processed by third-party payment partners. Atithy may change fees/charges from time to time and will display updated information in the app.

9) Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations/refunds (if applicable) follow Atithy's Cancellation & Refund Policy shown in the app. Fees may apply in some cases.

10) Safety & Incidents

If any safety issue happens, stop the work and contact Atithy Support immediately. Atithy may share necessary details with authorities when legally required.

11) Ratings & Reviews

Users may rate and review after a job. Atithy may remove content that is abusive, false, or violates policies.

12) Suspension / Blocking

Atithy may suspend or block accounts to protect safety, prevent fraud, or enforce policies, including misuse of phone numbers, harassment, abuse, or illegal activity.

13) Limitation of Liability

Atithy provides a platform for connecting customers and workers. To the maximum extent permitted by law: Atithy is not responsible for the actions of users/workers; and if Atithy has any liability, it is limited to the platform/service fee paid to Atithy for the related transaction (if any).

14) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Atithy means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Jurisdiction: Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
