Atithy is an app/platform that connects customers with independent workers for outside/location-based tasks.

2) What data we collect

We may collect:

A) Account details

• Mobile number (OTP login)
• Name (if provided)
• Profile photo (if you add it)

B) Location & job details

• Job location entered/picked on map
• Your device location (only if you allow location permission)
• Job details such as task type, time, status, cancellations, ratings

C) Communication & support

• In-app chat/messages (if enabled)
• Support complaints and resolutions

D) Payment & payout info

• Payment status, amount, transaction reference
• Worker payout details (UPI ID / bank details)

We do not store full card details if handled by payment partners.

E) Device/technical info

• Device model, OS version, app version
• IP address, crash logs and performance logs
• Security/fraud signals to prevent misuse

3) Why we collect data (purpose)

We use data to:

• Create and manage accounts (OTP login)
• Match customers with nearby workers and complete bookings/jobs
• Provide support and resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud and improve safety
• Process payments and payouts
• Improve app performance and user experience
• Comply with legal requirements when needed

4) Phone number sharing (No Masking)

To enable job coordination, Atithy may share the customer's phone number with the worker and the worker's phone number with the customer after job acceptance/confirmation. This sharing is only for completing the job and support purposes.

5) Sharing of data (other)

We may share only what is needed:

A) Between customers and workers

To complete a job, we may share necessary details such as:

• name/photo (if available)
• job location and job details
• phone number (as explained above)

B) With service providers

We may share data with trusted providers for:

• OTP/SMS delivery, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools
• payment processing partners

These partners must protect your data.

C) Legal and safety reasons

We may share data if required by law or to protect users, Atithy, and public safety.

6) Location permission

If you allow location access, we use it mainly to:

• match nearby jobs
• improve location accuracy

You can disable location permission in phone settings, but matching may become less accurate.

7) Data retention

We keep data only as long as needed for:

• providing services
• safety and fraud prevention
• legal and accounting requirements

We may later delete or anonymize old data.

8) Your rights

You can request:

• access to your data
• correction of wrong data
• deletion of your account/data (subject to legal retention needs)

We use reasonable security measures to protect your data. No system is 100% secure.

10) Children (18+)

Atithy is for 18+ only. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
