Delete your Atithy account and data

You can request deletion of your Atithy account and associated data at any time, using either method below.

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

1. Open the Atithy app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted immediately after you confirm.

Option 2 — By email

Email us from your registered mobile number's associated address, or include your registered phone number, at:

We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 days.

What gets deleted

When your account is deleted, we remove your profile (name, photo, phone number), saved locations, job history, in-app chat messages, ratings, and worker payout details.

What we may retain (and why)

Retained records are kept secure and are not used for any other purpose.
